The food

When we visited Pop Brixton, there was a two tacos and a margarita deal on offer, so we shared these two plates of tacos:

• Carnitas: tasty confit pork with pico de gallo and jalapeños
• Birria: tender slow-cooked beef with spices

We also shared a plate of nachos with cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, pinto beans and salsa. They do also serve a veggie taco and have a veggie nacho topping, but do make sure to ask staff about allergies.

Sadly, they didn’t have any churros on the day that we visited, but we will 100% be going back to try these, as they look amazing!
